Staff Physician

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to being a medical doctor, must have 5-10 years professional experience within a community health center, five (5) years of clinical practice experience beyond residency training, prior experience working in a medically under-served area preferred, and two (2) years prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor, Medical Director or in a position requiring supervision over physicians and/or mid-level practitioners in a group practice setting.

Dental Director

Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures.  May treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.  Qualifications including graduate from an accredited dental school, must have an Arkansas dental license and professional clinical dental experience in practicing dentistry preferred.

 

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

 

Provides clinical social work services to patients and their families. Provide a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for patients. Qualifications:  Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); must be fully licensed in the state of Arkansas. 2 years post-licensure and experience working in the medical setting preferred.

 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients. Qualifications to include licensure by the Arkansas State Nursing Board as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with ACA 17-87-304.

 

Pharmacy Technician

The qualified applicant is responsible for preparing medications under the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, count, label, and record amounts and dosages of medications.

 

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to having a minimum of a high school diploma and experience commensurate to the responsibilities; associate degree preferred.
